How to send us your photos and videos
01
You can scan the photos yourself or get them scanned at Officeworks/Staples or similar.
Scanning Quality
Preferred:
Tiff format 1200dpi no auto adjustments
Jpeg format 1200dpi no auto adjustments
Once scanned, you can upload them to my website using the contact us page or upload them to Google Drive, Onedrive, Dropbox or similar and finally send us the link to download the photo/s.
02
We don’t like this method as this is the lowest quality.
Take a photo of the photo with your mobile phone you want to be restored, be careful when doing this. You need to be aware of reflections and anything else that might distort the photo.
When framing to take the photo, try your best to keep the photo and your phone as flat/straight as possible. You do not want to skew the photo as this will reduce quality further.
Once the photo is taken, you can upload them to my website using the contact us page or upload them to Google Drive, Onedrive, Dropbox or similar and finally send us the link to download the photo/s.
